- Rates, in Euro, per Studio or Apartment, per day.
- The above rates are special discount rates valid only for internet
bookings.
- The rates include : VAT  & Municipal taxes.
- Supplement for breakfast: Continental = + 6- Euro per person
- Daily Maid Service. - Change of linen/towels every 3 nights or twice weekly.
- Baby cot: free of charge
- Transfer:Aktion-Preveza Airport/ Philippos= 40-Euro per taxi/per way (max.4 per)
- Method of Payment: 30% of the total reservation cost is required in order to fully validate a booking.
- Release period is Low Season 14 days, Middle Season & High Season 21 days
- In case of cancellation in the release period, our Aparthotel will.charge the 30% of the total reservation cost.
